ROAST AI — Terms of Service

By accessing or using ROAST AI you agree to the applicable Terms set out on this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

ROAST AI is an AI-powered entertainment and self-improvement platform. It provides AI-generated roasts, behavioural observations, suggested actions, follow-up challenges, image analysis for eligible users, and other AI-generated content.

All outputs are generated automatically by AI models and may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation.

You may use ROAST AI only if you meet the minimum age set by the operator: [MINIMUM AGE, TO BE SET BY OWNER]. Where parental consent or additional age restrictions are legally required in your jurisdiction, those requirements apply and the operator will configure them accordingly.

Accounts are created using Sign-in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining access to and the security of your Google account. ROAST AI never receives, stores or displays your Google password.

When you sign up, ROAST AI issues you a short username and an 8-digit password that lets you log back in. You are responsible for keeping these confidential. One account stays signed in on one device at a time; logging in elsewhere moves the account to that device after you confirm.

Your Pro entitlement, invitation information and progress data are associated with your ROAST AI account.

ROAST AI uses invitation and referral mechanisms to encourage growth. You receive an invitation link and may be asked to invite another user. Referral rewards may be offered from time to time.

Fraudulent referrals, self-referrals and automated abuse may be rejected. Referral programs may be changed or ended at any time, and rewards are limited to the program that is active at that time.

Roasts, reality checks, insights and action plans are produced automatically. They may be inaccurate and should be treated as entertainment and general self-improvement prompts. Use your own judgement.

ROAST AI is not a substitute for professional advice and does not provide medical, psychological, financial or legal services.

ROAST AI is designed for humour and behavioural feedback about situations and habits. You must not use the platform to harass or threaten people, encourage violence or self-harm, promote dangerous activity, generate prohibited sexual content, target people based on protected characteristics, or facilitate illegal activity.

ROAST AI may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You remain responsible for everything you submit, including text submissions, images, screenshots and other uploaded material. You must have the right to submit that material.

You keep ownership of your content. You grant ROAST AI the limited permission needed to process and store it in order to operate the service for you.

ROAST AI PRO costs $4.99 USD as a one-time purchase. It is not a recurring subscription and does not renew automatically. The free experience includes 3 messages on Light mode.

Pro provides access to the features listed on the current pricing page.

Payments are processed by the configured third-party payment provider. ROAST AI does not receive or store complete payment-card information.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

The ROAST AI name, branding, logos, website, software, interface design and original content are owned or licensed by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME]. No ownership is claimed over third-party materials, which remain the property of their respective owners.

You must not reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the service, attempt to bypass entitlement or usage limits, resell access, or use the service in breach of applicable law.

Access may be suspended or terminated where these Terms are breached, where abuse or fraud is detected, or where required by law. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, current or suitable for any particular purpose.
